The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered chicken teriyaki bowl and chicken fried rice. The chef was a one man show tonight but was quick and efficient and checked on us as we were eating. The restrooms were clean and well stocked.

I absolutely love this place. Support small businesses and good people with great food. Simple decor. Clean and tidy. Located in a bit of a crazy parking lot IMO. But KOREAN CHINESE FOOD IN HENDERSON?!? TAKE MY MONEY RIGHT NOW. Decently busy for 2300 on a Tuesday evening. 7 patrons at that hour so take that as a positive sign. Singular worker working his butt off to take calls, work the register and work all by himself. So props Bae (that's what was on his shirt LOL), aka Lewis. He's the owner and works so hard every day. With regard to the food, only negative thing is they don't have my beloved Korean Chinese every day and all hours, but I understand that feasibly cannot always be done, so not a real complaint. Their chef known best for his Korean Chinese is there Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday so going to need to make another visit or 500. Ordered jjajongmeyon and chicken udon. Bae gave me my choice of sweeter or savory jjajangmyeon and recommend the OG version of sweet and savory so I listened to Bae/Lewis. Chicken udon was simple with a warming with a savory broth balanced with the sake flavor. Came back to get the Korean Chinese food. Got the jjamppong, the pork and chicken tangsuyuk and a chicken fried rice. I could barely contain my excitement and dug into the pork tangsuyuk as soon as it got to the table. It was divine. Crispy, batter not too thick or too thin, meat wasn't dry either. The chicken version was enjoyed a few hours later and it stayed crispy that entire time. I was shocked how good the chicken tangsuyuk was. Their sauce is a bit different from the other places and has apples, pineapples, onions and bell peppers in it. I love the hint of the apple flavor. Chicken hibachi fried rice was great. Usually never order fried rice at restaurants but glad I did. Big pieces of juicy chicken and a bits of veggies with a char from the hibachi that gives you that essence of wok hei. But let me tell you... the jjamppong must not be skipped. Very clean broth that doesn't leave you with a heavy feeling after devouring the entire bowl yourself. The noodles were perfectly al dente without being overcooked (common problem I find other places). Lots of tasty veggies. Seafood was plentiful and the mussels and clams were perfectly cooked, and did not have any off putting, overly fishy taste of not so fresh seafood. 10/10 I love this place so much.

Ambiance: Not going to lie, this place wasn't the cleanest. I do like theres a huge picture outside to see what kind of food you are getting into before you enter. I really like that. Food: i got the chicken katsu. When I received the bowl with a side of curry sauce. I was like this presentation looks terrible, from the looks it does look extra crispy and im head i was like this is going to be dry. wow. I was so wrong. The juicyness of the chicken katsu was cooked on point in fast cas setting. Plenty of rice to go with the plenty of katsu. I was honestly going to give this spot a 3 if the food alone didn't impress me. I loved it, definitely judge a book by its cover. Service: overall friendly, cant complain. I do like the greeting on my way out. Kudos to that.

Heard about this place from YouTuber, Dan The Medic. It's a mix of Japanese, Korean and Korean style Chinese food. Portions are pretty hefty. My daughter and I could've shared. Items tried and liked (so far): Chicken Teriyaki Bento - next time I'll get a bowl since I can't eat the gyoza. Chicken Yakisoba Bento. Food was seasoned just right and delicious. Service was excellent. We ordered online and picked it up. Interior & exterior was clean. Parking lot is small but we had no problem finding a spot the day we went. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :)
